Terms of sale.

These terms of sale govern purchases made on the Hybrway website by customers in the United States. The seller is Hybrway Mobility LLC, located at 123 Mobility Lane, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78701, USA.

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free to the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to update prices and promotions at any time.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time the order is placed.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

You may return your scooter within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in original condition with all accessories. After 14 days, we honor a 30-day home trial for exchanges or store credit. See our Returns page for full instructions.

The scooter comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Hybrway's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
