Try the scooter at home for 30 days. If it does not fit your life, contact us to start a return. We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.

For a full refund, the scooter must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in its original box, with all accessories and no signs of damage beyond normal inspection.

Email us at support@hybrway.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions. Once we receive the scooter, we process the refund within 5 business days.

The Hybrway scooter comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

If you would like to exchange your color, contact us within 14 days. The scooter must be unused and in its original packaging.
