Delivery information.

Every scooter ships free worldwide. We use trusted carriers and send a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. We prepare each scooter carefully, with the battery charged and a final quality check.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. Rural areas may take a day or two longer. You will receive tracking updates by email.

The scooter arrives in a single carton, partially assembled. The package includes the folding chassis, removable battery, charger, seat cushion, armrests, ignition keys, storage baskets, and a clear user manual.

The box is large but manageable. If you need help bringing it inside, please arrange assistance in advance. We cannot carry it into the home for you.
